Privacy Policy
Agent Manager Poster ("the app") is a private tool operated by Tangled Reality Studios ("I") to publish my own content to my own social media accounts. It has no other users. This policy explains what the app does with data from TikTok, YouTube (Google) and Instagram (Meta).
What the app accesses
- Account identity: when an account is connected, the platform's user or channel ID and username or channel name, used to show which account is connected and to post to it.
- Access tokens: the OAuth tokens the platform issues so the app can post on my behalf.
- Content I publish: the videos, captions, titles, hashtags and privacy settings I choose to post. The app uploads content; it does not read other people's content, messages, followers or analytics.
How it is used
Only to publish content I have approved to the account I chose, at the time I chose, and to show me the result (for example the link to the post). Nothing is used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers I control, reachable only over my private network. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with anyone; content goes only to the platform I publish it to.
Retention and deletion
Tokens and account identities are kept while an account is connected and deleted when I disconnect it. To have anything deleted, see Data deletion or email tangledrealitystudios+legal@gmail.com; requests are handled within 30 days.
YouTube and Google
The app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
TikTok and Instagram
Access can also be revoked from the platforms: TikTok (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services) and Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites). Their own policies apply to content posted there: TikTok Privacy Policy, Instagram Privacy Policy.
